Upstairs, it has a king sized master bedroom with full en-suite balcony TV with DVD,

a further double bedroom aso with TV and DVD and a twin bedroom,

all with ample closet space. 

There is also a family bathroom.

The home is fully air-conditioned and all rooms including the screened patio have ceiling fans for the added comfort of our guests.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, it is non-smoking and sorry – no pets allowed.

There is a central music system, Cable TV and internet included.

Outside 

There is a screened patio off the lounge with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine and on the first floor, the balcony is the perfect place for unwinding after a day at the many attractions in the area.

Both offer views of the lush, beautiful conservation area which gives Emerald Island its name.

For additional peace of mind, our front door is fitted with a digital lock.

Parking spaces are available directly outside the home.
